This notice explains how Ravine handles information you share when you enquire through this website or contact us by email.
What you share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, business or website, the support you need and your message. If you arrive from a package or calculator, your selected package and budget may also be included. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, understand what you need and discuss a possible scope of work. Submitting the form does not sign you up to a newsletter.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries are delivered to Ravine’s email inbox. We use Resend for form email delivery and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information to provide their services and may process it outside Australia. Enquiry details may remain in our email records and our providers’ service records.
Form verification
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the enquiry form from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for this check. The verification token is checked by our server before an enquiry is sent. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Your choices
You can email us directly instead of using the form. We need enough information to understand your enquiry and a way to reply, but you can keep your message brief.
Questions and requests
To ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email guy@ravinehq.com. We’ll review your request and respond directly.
